IN-Out Listening

We received more than a 70% feedback on the In-Out listening. This is fantastic as normally it is below 50%.

In summary from the "It all means" section:

• Active humanly and show our hearts in what we do 
• Respect others
• Defer judgement, always!
• Moenie beterweterig wees nie.
• Use stories in our communication
• In conflict get all die information on paper from all sides.
• Leadership is difficult, scary and frustrating ... embrace it and move on!
• Where there is a will there is a way, never give up.
• Lean form experience and circumstances
• "Yes and" ...never, "No but ..."
• Do not make assumptions
• Balance life
• Have a personal strategy
• We hear what we want to hear, test and ask
• Be patient, yet always take action.
